What are the common symptoms in patients with Intellectual developmental disorder, autosomal recessive 27?

Patients with intellectual developmental disorder appear normal at birth. They show gradual delay in intellect development. They have difficulty in learning and may have poor or no speech. Some patients do repetitive hand movements and uncontrolled eye movements. They have poor eye contact and have behavioral issues. At times, they can be hyperactive and aggressive in nature.
