Our aim is to enhance the understanding of KCNN2-related disorders and to improve and develop new treatment for individuals with KCNN2 pathogenic variants. We are gathering available information on KCNN2 variants, patient clinical history, and response to treatment. The impact of specific mutations are studied in cellular or animal models.
