Clinical Characteristics

Patients display truncal hypotonia, appendicular spasticity, areflexia, dystonia, multiple contractures, pale optic discs, neurogenic bladder, short stature, coarse facial features, sloping forehead, thick eye brows, low-set ears, prominent nose, relatively flat philtrum and prominent lower lip, and late-onset relative macrocephaly.
